Blast the Bulge in Time for the Beach

Swimsuit season is around the corner. Fear of ditching the sweaters and exposing the winter's insulation? Add these intense fat-blasting moves to your routine for quick results. The key is intensity.
Do this circuit three times with 60 second rest in between sets:
3 minute rest between circuit
- 20 Speed Squats: Place hands behind head and squat down until upper thighs are parallel with floor, quickly rise up to start, repeat.
- 20 Alternating Leg Lunges: Hands behind head and feet together. Place foot out in front of body and lunge until knee is just about touching floor, step back and switch feet. Perform 10 each leg for a total of 20.
- 20 Switch splits: Place hands behind head. With legs in lunge position, spring up and switch leg position so that front leg is now behind torso, almost touching floor. Immediately spring back and switch leg position again. Perform 20 without pausing.
- 10 Pop Squats: Place hands behind head, toes pointed slightly out. Bend to squat position and jump up as high as you can, come back down to squat position and repeat without pausing for a total of 10 pop squats.
- 10 Push Ups
- 15 Crunches
