Lime and Pepper Tilapia with Quinoa Parsley Salad

Lime and Pepper Tilapia Ingredients:

  • Olive oil
  • Mrs. Dash Original Blend
  • Pepper
  • Lime
  • 2 Tilapia fillets

Preparation:

  1. Using a non-stick pan, cover with a very light coat of Olive Oil and preheat. Use a heat below ¾ and above half on your range.
  2. Place the Tilapia filets on the preheated surface. Generously sprinkle Mrs. Dash Original or Lemon Pepper Blend and Ground Pepper to taste over top.
  3. Once the Fish has had about five minutes to cook, (use your judgment depending on the thickness of your fish), squeeze half a lime over the Tilapia.
  4. Give the Tilapia a couple of minutes to cook in the Lime juice and flip the filets and serve.

Parsley Quinoa Salad Ingredients

  • Bunch of Parsley
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1-2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1-2 limes, diced

Preparation:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Serve along with tilapia.
